Tiered by level.
On purpose.
I price the way I coach: honestly. My rates rise with your level: managers pay the least, C-level leaders pay the most. That's not a gimmick. It's a values statement.
Why it works this way
I've seen the market. Coaching rates run the gamut and are often inaccessible to most professionals. I want directors and managers to feel like they have someone in their corner, not just VPs and C-level folks. I want to upend that model to be more accessible, while proving to myself I can make an honest living without swimming upstream.
The tiers follow a simple logic: people make more as they get promoted, and I expect to be kept around only as long as I'm providing ongoing value in someone's growth. Pricing this way lets me support myself while staying accessible to the people who need it most.
Rates also step up at each annual anniversary, unless a promotion resets both the price and the clock. That's on purpose too. If we hit either milestone, a promo or continuing for another year, you are getting value from the coaching. It also gives us both a moment to reflect and decide: is this still getting you where you want to go?
The tiers
Every tier includes the same me: regular 1:1 sessions, real support between sessions when something's on fire, and total honesty. Available hourly or in multi-month packages (packages are the better deal, and where the real change happens).
The most accessible tier. Where leadership habits are formed, and where investment compounds longest.
Leading leaders now. The messy middle where empathy gets tested hardest.
Organizational scope, executive rooms, and the pressure to perform a persona. Don't.
The loneliest seat. Full confidentiality, full honesty, full heart.
Specific rates are shared in your consult. I'm still calibrating them with early clients, and I'd rather tell you a real number in conversation than a placeholder on a page. Once they're settled, they'll be published right here.

Your rate reflects your current level, and milestones move it. A step up at your annual anniversary, or a reset to your new tier at promotion, whichever comes first. All of it lives in a simple coaching agreement we'll both sign. No surprises.
